More than 80 members of the European farm machinery press attended Massey Ferguson’s pre-Agritechnica press event in Strasbourg last month.

As well as being the official launch of the MF 7600 range, the event showcased the brand new MF 3600 Series compact tractor range and 2012 harvesting line-up, which included the ACTIVA S, FORTIA 9530, 2170 XD big baler and updated DELTA combine.

The two MF 7620 and MF 7624 tractors were fully equipped and ready for work – one with a Kuhn stubble cultivator and the other an 18t haulage trailer.

As well as having the opportunity to drive the new MF 3600 range of tractors fitted with 900 Series loaders, those attending also got the chance to test Massey Ferguson’s new MF 9205 compact two-by-two loader and test it’s handling capability with a number of different materials.

Press were particularly interested in watching the ACTIVA S harvesting maize with an 8-row header, whilst they also had the chance to inspect and weigh bales from the new 2170 HD baler, on the back of the latest generation MF 8690 tractor.

To get a closer look at the MF 7600 why not register to see the dedicated MF 7600 site early as well as a chance to win a trip to Paris as well as a trip to Massey Ferguson’s world class Beauvais factory.
