AGRISHOW 2010 has come to a close and I was reminded of three very important things I had almost forgotten:

1. How kind and generous the Brazilians are, even after long days at a dusty, hot, week-long show.

2. How great farming is…well maybe I never forgot this one, but it was nice to be reminded of it. Farming is a diverse, interesting, important occupation. A passion for many. Full of honest people working hard, doing what they love. I feel honored to be a small part of it.

3. How great farm shows are, but they are even better when dealers are at the show helping customers make purchase decisions. Over 65 Massey Ferguson and Valtra dealers supported AGRISHOW. Customers were able to not only make their decisions, but also write up their orders. Deal done. The energy in the dealer areas was exciting; questions getting answered and negotiations being finalized. It was the kind of thing that made everyone happy — dealers, customers, manufacturers.

It was a great show.

This dealer was very happy with his results at the show. Check out Massey Ferguson’s picture gallery at http://www.massey.com.br/portugues/agrishow_2010.asp
